User reviews opengl drivers for windows
best browser ever!!!it even leaves functions out that's a risk for your security.get the x64 version. it's even greater...
i give this a 5-star because of it's smooth integration with my vista system. it is not bothersome to use and has adequate protection without using large resources that slow the computer. you can test it's ability to protect by scanning with any number of online detection sources and see if they find anything worth fussing over.most people's computer activities don't require the ultimate protection, so this user friendly program works just fine.ian "gizmo" richards wrote in his newsletter today:"security research company trend micro recently reported that of the top 100 infections in the u.s. in 2008, approximately 63% were caused by downloading and running programs. e-mail-borne infections accounted for only 3%, while the exploitation of security flaws in products was responsible for a tiny 1.7% of pc infections."avg combined with a-squared malware protection works well for the common user who don't take on too much risk and are careful where they go on the internet and what they download.
maybe the whiny babies should just keep using their precious gimp and stop the crying. use something else if this is too expensive. fuuny how the screenshot is like 10 years old.
stroke-it- simple smart smallest program can't live without it. it is highly configurable can be used with all programs. using it for 2yrs. i wish programs like stroke it, taskbar shuffle should come as default with windows.
volume was waaaay too low...less then have of the nullsoft decoder.psshaw to fraunhofer on this one!
mirc will always reign. i don't know what it's lacking exactly, but it's the most configurable irc client out there. if i had to choose, i'd rather be a script kiddie over a graphics boy.
i've been using yds for a while now. i think it's far superior to google. for starters, google will only include the first 500 words of a document in your search. also, i hate the fact that it keeps a cached version of deleted documents. it might be really handy for some people, but it bugs me. i've also checked out copernic, which i think is very good. i like it's small foot print, and it seems really stable. the main reason i don't use copernic is that they're very conservative with pdf files. if there is any sort of restriction on the file you are not permitted to search its content. this is not the case with yds. anyhow, yds i find is a brilliant piece of software. it might not search opera mail, or whatever, but whatever. i guess everything can't be supported. my main complaint with it is that they have poor support. their forum is really poor. there's little information on their main page. indeed, you can't even tell that they have a new version if you go to their page! poor support. anyhow, check it out. or check out copernic, also quite good.
1. limitations:a) cannot work on windows xp x64, installer quitsb) requires .net 2.0 or higherc) cannot work properly on screen 1024x768 (too narrow, cannot show the right panel)2. no information about system requirements and these (and maybe others) limitations on the official website.3. no any feedback form or bugreport/discussion forum or simply e-mail address on their website.4. ui problems: to set/clear checkbox in settings, need to click on the bar where this checkbox resides, not the checkbox itself. counter-intuitive for windows users.5. games which i tried, work smooth, without problems, but on pc screen they remind the 20 years old games designed at the times of ibm pc/at386, looks childish (not a problem of emulator, of course).promising, nevertheless
good stuff great for when you do a reformat - reinstall of a oem windows based os . she call the de-bloater :)
